Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the unused component back into its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central distribution warehouse using a carrier of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
